We offer open level mat Pilates classes which are all run by our Pilates trained Physiotherapist Kate Simmonds.

These classes are held at the Southland Badminton Hall Social Room (just across the carpark from ILT Stadium). 

The classes are tailored to meet your abilities, if you are looking for a safe way to exercise when injured, pregnant or post partum then this is a great option as the exercises can easily be modified and adpated. They are run in 6 week blocks with the current class times: Monday and Thursday 5.30pm.

For those wanting to stay active throughout pregnancy, pilates gives you an effective full body workout and can keep you moving safely during any stage of your pregnancy. The exercises are designed to keep your changing body feeling flexible, fit and strong throughout each trimester, and can help to ease the common aches and pains of pregnancy.
