We need to do this initial assessment so we can find out how this problem affects your life. We will then have all of the information we need to create a therapy plan to effectively mend or reach your goal.

By the end of the assessment, we’ll have a clear idea of the issue, what treatments could help, how long it might take, and how much it’ll cost.
