Roy is a born and bred Southlander who graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2008. Roy later completed a Postgraduate diploma in Health Science in 2022. He has worked in both private practice and Hospitals in New Zealand and Australia. He enjoys most sports but is mostly found running after his young children these days. Roy has a special interest in treating patients with back pain, concussion and persistent pain conditions.
Briar is a proud Southlander who completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, graduating in late 2024.
Andrew has been a Director at Sportsmed Southern Physio since 2015.
Anna completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through AUT in 2020.
Stacey graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019.
Malachai attended primary school in Fiji and completed his high school education in Vietnam before moving to New Zealand to study at the University of Otago. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2022, followed by a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2025.
Jack graduated from the University of Otago in 2016 and has returned to his homeland after working in Wellington & Queenstown.
Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2018.

Rachel is a very experienced physiotherapist who works part time in our Bluff clinic.
Sandra joined Sportsmed Southern Physio in 2014 and does an incredible job as our Practice Manager.
Lisa joined the team at Sportsmed in January 2022 as Sandra’s Administration helper.
